Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of our services, including our website, models, textures, and PSD files. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Redistribution: The resale or redistribution of any model sold to the client is forbidden. If a client is found breaking this term, legal action will be taken, and they will be banned from future purchases.

Ripping of Models: The “ripping” of models is a bannable offense. If you (the client) are found unlocking and/or ripping models, you will be banned from making any future purchases.

Watermarking: All models designed by our company will have a visible watermark. Tampering with or removing the watermark is prohibited.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: All models and designs created by our company remain the intellectual property of our company. The client has the right to use the models only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including but not limited to commercial use or redistribution, is strictly prohibited.

Leaking of Models: Leaking any of our company's models is prohibited. If a client is found to be leaking models, legal action will be taken, and they will be banned from future purchases.

Modifications: Modifying any of our company's models is prohibited, except for minor personal customizations. Any significant changes to the model require written permission from our company.

Refunds: All sales made by our company are final. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of our company.

Liability: Our company is not liable for any damages or issues that may occur from the use of our models. The client assumes all responsibility and liability for any issues that may arise.

Model Access: Models purchased from our company are for personal use only. If a user wishes to use a model for any commercial purpose, they must contact our company to obtain the necessary licenses.

Commissions: By engaging in a commission agreement with NDC, you (the client) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. NEP Designs Co, reserves the right to refuse any commission request at our sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any down payments made. To initiate the commission process, a non-refundable down payment of 25% - 50% is required. This down payment secures the client's place in our queue and covers initial work, resources, and time invested. In the event of cancellation by the client, the down payment will not be refunded. However, NDC will provide a credit for future services at our discretion. By proceeding with a commission, you agree to these terms and understand the non-refundable nature of the down payment.
